It's weird that most of the work on their site is from fcb chicago five or so years ago.

Patrick - not weird when you consider a new (less than a year) agency has no current history of work. What to do? They ask (wink, wink) their creatives to bring in their work from previous agencies. No, its not right, And yes, it is dangerous if the client or owner of said work (the original agency) wants to get in their face. Not wise at all.
