Account Executive- Group 360 Worldwide

The Account Executive’s responsibilities include the day-to-day creative account management of assigned business. They regularly update the Creative Administrator and Group Account Director on assigned account activity, as well as any major changes and/or conflicts within the Ralston Foods account/projects. The Account Executive oversees multiple packaging projects in various stages of completion. This position is also responsible to carry out GROUP360 Worldwide® creative service initiatives while providing our customers the highest level of quality and service.

Essential Job Functions
• Work directly with creative directors, designers, production artists, and management to deliver on customer requests
• Responsible for day to day creative account activities; manages the workloads and schedules all creative work
• Communicate with Client or onsite Graphic Managers and Prepress Project Manager on a daily basis regarding project status
• Drive projects from conception of design files, photography to final production and delivery of files to prepress and/or printer
• Manage and communicate photography and client specific specialty projects requests
• Ensure that all client-specific creative SOP’s are applicable and current
• Organize and work within defined work flow and standard operating procedures
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy of all projects, and services requested by client are fulfilled
• Manage multiple resources, and respond to their requests
• Responsible for estimating and billing all creative business, while ensuring all pricing policies and procedures are followed
• Handle any exceptions to client specific policies and procedures before handing off to Group Account Director
• Responsible for weekly/monthly review of account invoices and open job status
• Share in the responsibility for achieving account revenue and performance goals
• Responsible for coaching and mentoring project coordinator(s) and other team members
• Produce spreadsheet documents for tracking large-scaled projects
• Update the Ralston Production Server and Ralston Masters Server as needed, includes structuring of folders and other pertinent information within those folders
• Organize the naming conventions of the various assets (Retailers, Products, Product Shots etc.) for use by the Ralston Foods Graphic Managers, Creative Administrator, and Ralston Foods Prepress Project Manager
• Attend planning or kickoff meetings initiating new projects
• Responsible for outside purchases

Basic Job Qualifications:

Skills and Abilities
• Communicate ideas effectively to client in a professional business environment
• Foster teamwork in a constructive work environment; good interpersonal and people management skills
• Exhibit a strong understanding of packaging and technical related issues surrounding package design and production
• Well organized, able to prioritize effort and allocate resources to meet customer needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal skills

Education/Experience/Training
• Degree in Graphic Communications or related field in packaging graphics; or equivalent work experience in the Graphic Communications or Packaging industries
• 5 years project management experience
• Thorough knowledge of Macintosh and Mac OS programs including Microsoft Office suite of products
• Complete understanding of the creative, photography and design production processes
• Knowledge of all packaging-printing processes to include Offset folding carton, Flexography bags and pouches, etc.
