JOB FUNCTIONS

Under the guidance and supervision of the Executive Director, the incumbent will administer all functions related to Marketing and Community Communications for the Edward Jones and St. Charles Y Branches. He/she shall oversee branch marketing plan, member retention/growth, community involvement, corporate partners and customer service while exemplifying the “Y” values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility and Faith. Must promote positive/professional branch and program image and embrace, support and role model concepts of Listen First, Building Relationships, Member Engagement and Healthy Lifestyles to all members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field and 3 years of proven Marketing experience. Experience in developing social media marketing campaigns needed. Incumbent must have strong organizational, managerial and supervisory skills. Must be articulate and have the ability to write well. Must be able to communicate verbally and in written form. Must have the ability to interact in a positive manner with people at all levels both in and outside the association. This position requires strong computer background. Incumbent must be proficient in Word, Excel, In Design, Photo shop and IMAC. Must have strong aptitude for developing and managing budget and be able to multi-task. Salary: $34,300 – $42,900
