Marketing Manager- The Creative Group
The Creative Group is assisting our client in finding a Marketing/Communications Manager. This person is responsible for assisting with the strategic planning and implementation of all communications, marketing, client relations, and public relations activities.

Major Responsibilities:
Contribute to the overall strategies related to marketing, branding, and communications.
In cooperation with firm’s industry group and service line leaders, create customized marketing plans and initiatives to help grow specific practices.
Design and layout magazine, brochures, ads, flyers, and other firm material and coordinate printing with various vendors, including:
a. Twice/year, full color magazine
b. Stat Books
c. Advertising
d. Other firm collateral
Assist industry groups and service lines with thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and reputation building.
Manage and drive forward all firm electronic media, including website updates and maintenance and distribution of all firm broadcast emails.
Produce and edit videos for events and firm websites
Research and implement appropriate social media and multi-media strategies for the firm.
Manage vendor relationships
Represent company at external business and civic events.
Requirements:
Preferred Experience/Background/Skills: Bachelors degree in marketing or related degree. Experience in service environment (accounting, finance, legal, etc…) At least five years of experience preferred. Attention to detail Ability to meet challenging client requirements, provide services, and possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and research abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel required). Strong graphic design skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs Ability to effectively utilize technology and a commitment to learn in the technology environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strict adherence to ethics. Ability to successfully contribute to the success of a strategic business unit of the firm. Digital/web experience Social media experience – strategy and implementation
