Office Assistant- Back 2 Basics Marketing
Responsibilities:
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries; Administering a busy telephone line and directing calls, heavy calendar management for President and all team members, assist with travel arrangements, order office supplies, marketing, prepare correspondence, manage deposits, filing, mail distribution, office and personal errands for President. Maintain customer contact list and manage/ call/follow up and confirm client meetings, inventory management, company event coordination, prospective clients and organizations for speaking engagements for President.
This individual will help with the maintenance of the office ensuring the office is organized and clean at all times, etc, Document processing (proposals,faxing, typing, copying, filing, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.), Handling billing and correspondence, Creates invoices and follows up on payment terms with customers that have not paid. Maintains staffs travel arrangements for scheduling meetings and conferences. Completes projects on own and working with other staff and vendors;
Requirements include:
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks applications and MAC applications (Mac a plus not a requirement)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with management and team members
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional follow-up skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Strong problem solving skills and ability to take charge.

Compensation: $23,000-$25,000 salary per year based upon experience plus paid time off/paid ho
